Logo and Livery help Request

I have no skill at design or software to do it.  I am wondering if someone out there would kindly help me out. 

My airline name is LegionAir based in Singapor.  I am trying to develop a slightly evil, slightly paranoid persona for the company.  The CEO, Gaius Marius, is very secretive and makes infrequent press appearances that usually result in police intervention.  Global domination is our goal. 

Our main aircraft is the Boeing 747-400 but we also have a large number of A310-300's.  I am also recieving 50 737-300's in a few months.

I would like to have a cool logo as well as livery for the 747-400 and maybe the A310 or the 737-300.
