Routes from US to Brazil

Is it normal that all routes from US to Brazil have 50% less passengers request on the way back to the US than that on the way out to Brazil ?

Exemple: Dallas-Brasilia 170 pax RQ // Brasilia-Dallas 75 pax RQ
