I would ask if there is something that can be done about it.. It is ok thet you lose bases in new countries, but if think that it is a problem, and it is not like in reality that you suddenly has too much personnel and you have to fire them so it ruins your image.. I think that is should be made that when for example Soviet Union or Yugoslavia fall apart your ACFT from bases in other countries are transfered to your home base but personnel is fired without making impact on your image..
