Will Airwaysim take into account that Sydney Australia is building a second airport expected to open early 2020's that seperates domestic demand and international demand? similar to Tokyo?

Sami

Such airport is not currently included, but may be possibly added later on.

Thanks Sami just thought I would mention it, would make things in Australia very interesting!

From a playability perspective, since most game worlds end in 2030, it would be very terrible to have to do a transition like that just a few years before game end...

Let the airport open first before we do anything about it.

Dont know if this is good or bad.... but this would certainly be a mess to have to take out all the domestic routes out of my LH, not half as bad for me than for others as I only have LH planes, just need to take out the multiple fillers.

Why is BER coded to open in time?

No it isn't. The date is being pushed back at the master database always when yet another real world delay is announced. (but won't affect existing games of course)

BER won't open ever. The ground is too soft and the whole complex is sinking slowly...not to mention all those other failures. Guess that happens if you hire illegal workers on the black market. Gotta love the old Berlin coalition of communists and socialists. Worked splendidly. Not.

It would be nice to easily divide up aircraft between Haneda and Narita (and other possible examples listed here) before new airports open so selected routes can stay and some can transfer. How will it work in the new demand system? Will it even matter?
