Pay raises unreasonable

Ive operated the same airline for 30 years and I'm still getting pay raise requests in excess of 12%! I was under the impression that these requests got more reasonable as you went along. Ill add that it is not every employee group asking for this much. Most are in the 1-2% range which is fine with me. Guess they really wont be happy when i cut their salary by 2-3% 🤓
