Posting in Feature Request Forum

I don't seem able to post in the Feature Request forum, does that need some level to do?

I was hoping I could put a request in that creating a new configuration, if there's an error on the screen somewhere, that it shows at the bottom near the create button "Problem creating route - scroll up to fix". I'm often sitting there for 15-20 seconds, sometimes re-clicking the button, wondering why it's not working, to then scroll up and see I forgot to put a name in or something.

This sounds like more of a bug report to me.
Feature request form is indeed closed.
