Company Image sinking fast!?!?

What would make my company image sink from -4 to -9!? I have just started in Tokyo Haneda, have plenty of marketing, and I can't figure out what is could be!

How's your departure punctuality? If your flights are always late you get nothing but "you suck" reviews on Yelp, and no amount spent on marketing can overcome that.
