Right im using this rout as an example

B737-500

LEG 1: London City To Dublin
Demand: 180 Pax per a day

Leg 2: Dublin To NY Kennedy International
Demand: 560 Pax per a day

So is the demand for that route...... 560+180= 740 Pax per a day?

Then lets say there was a demand for LCY-JFK off 110 Pax per a day..... would that make the daily demand 850 Pax per a day?

You don't actually carry passengers from LCY to JFK with that setup (unless the stop at DUB is only for refueling). It's just two separate flights, LCY-DUB and DUB-JFK.
