As the Vickers Viscount has a hushkit will the Argosy get one as well?

There are twice as many Argosy (not sure what the plural is  :-[) still flying as Viscounts.

It's not the same engine compared to Viscount. Only Viscount 840 with Dart RDa.7 Mk.541 has the hushkits. And Argosy uses Mk.526 the variant.

Data on hushkit upgrades is based on what is/has been available in real life. The data may be incomplete so it can be expanded of course if data/sources is found.
