Are we being charged double on leased air plans

If we are charged three months rental fee upfront when we order our leased plans why are we being charged every week when the aircraft's first arrive? In the income section we are being deduced the rental fee every week as soon as we receive the aircraft

Check your cash flow statement. There is a credit there for Prepaid items. Early on, that is the better indicator of financial health.

That's only an accounting expense that does not incur a cash payment.
