Because it seems they both make different Avro versions its kinda confusing ... if i buy planes from one, will it still count in the communality as one is a newer version of the other?

This was discussed just a little while ago. The answer is no.

Ya talking about BAE146 and Avro or different models of Avro RJ?  (85/100/70?)

I mean why do they both make different Avro versions as in: "The BAe ATP was an airliner designed as an evolution of the Avro 748." And the BAe 146 also looks a lot like the avro RJ-70!

Yeah, it's basically a redesign of the same aircraft. It's been done in aviation plenty of times. (e.g. DC-9/MD-80/B717, B737/B737Classic/B737NG, Bae146/AvroRJ etc.) I guess it's cheaper and easier to improve and update a well established aircraft than starting from scratch.

And then there is the certification costs. Officialy the F100 and F70 are F28-0100, and F28-0070. That way, you wouldn't have to do the proces all over again from scratch.

Check the history of those planes from Wiki for example, and how the company ownerships and who actually has produced the planes have changed during the times. The history of British aircraft manufacturers has been ... well, quite complicated.

I just thought that for simplicitys sake it would be easyer to have them together instead of having a manufacturer that only makes 3 planes :)

But i agree for realism this is the only way to go. Guess its realy a question of whats more important to the devs. I personally think realism is great, but there should be a limit to it, that is when gameballance comes into play ... but thats just my 5 cents  :P

Also ... if you were talking about the manufacturer's name only (or?), it's irrelevant with the fleet commonity - check the 'fleet group' field and that shows the group it belongs to. (although yes, same manufacturer = same fleet group usually .. but if you see let's say Boeing and Boening as manufacturers and the plane is in the same fleet type group, it's under the same commonality costs still if you got the point).

i've noticed the turn around time for the 143 is 30min but the RJ100 is 35min, they have the same specs so why the extra 5min turnaround time??
