Route image question

I apologize if this info is on another thread, but I searched and couldn't find the answer.  Anyways, here it goes:

Is it possible to generate RI with a marketing campaign prior to flying the route (while waiting for an a/c to be delivered), so you can hit the ground running (like a "coming soon")?  Or should all marketing campaigns for routes waiting for new aircraft to arrive be delayed 2 weeks as, otherwise, that would be wasted money?

Wait until it starts flying. (Or just wait forever)

Otherwise, RI will increase from the marketing campaign, but decrease because the route wasn't flown that week.

Thanks.  I've been delaying marketing campaigns for the planes to arrive, but was wondering if there were a way to get the RI up before starting ops to try to mitigate the low LF at the beginning of a route.
