More than one flight per day

Im just wondering if you are operating a domestic route and say the total flight time is 4 hours return to hub in one day, obviosuly you can operate more than one flight per day but i cant seem to figure out how. Would someone be able to help me out please

Just open multiple routes to the same destination at different times, and add them to the plane schedules. If you are asking where you set the daily frequency as in some other games, the answer is that you don't.

yeah you can only schedule one frequency at a time, make a route, asign it and then check what time the aircraft can depart at again by rolling your mouse over the blue block on the scheduling sheet. you can set up another flight again after that time. you will get the hang of it
