I just thought we should start this thread, so Sami can have something to do  ;)

Well, It would be nice if we could get most airport data updated... So I was thinking you might want to post the ICAO code and the the total pax numbers like this:

EGLL: 67.656450

That stands for London Heathrow, 67 million 656 thousand 450 passengers

Remember to you use a "." (period) sign, not a "," (coma) as when I was submiting airports, the pax data was always requested to have a period seperating the millions with the thousands/hundreds.

(so, .900 or .9 means 900,000 pax)

Sami, feel free to change/add coments to what I've said.

I'll starts with some major ones:

EGLL: 66.907593
EGKK: 34.162365
EGSS: 22.340375
EGCC: 21.062749

EGLC: 3.260234
EGNM: 2.860447
EGAC: 2.570741

Someone else can do the rest of the UK airports - all airports after Guernsey Island  :)

I kind of need a break right now - So, someone can start doing the rest.

If the pax amount goes down, do we really want the 2008 data  ;D

Of course!  ;D I'm really annoyed that the SEA data hasnt come out... The numbers were supposedly higher until about mid Sept/early Oct, before they droped, but november and december were only 3-5% down... So not to terrible, I think the airport will have reached 31,800,000 to 32,200,000 for the year ;D (up from like 31,300,000) 8) ;D

There's no use for this data actually.

We don't calculate per-airport changes to the pax numbers, they are global or country specific.

Okay then, according to the stats for ACI:

Afica: 4.2% growth
Asia(pacific): 0.5% growth
Europe: 0.3% decline
Latin America and Caribb: 1.9% growth
Middle East: 11.8% growth
North America: 3.2% decline
World total: 0.6% decline

Global traffic was on average 1% down this year with a 6% drop in domestic passengers and a small 2% rise in international passengers.

Well, it will have to modeled, like the 2001 economic/terror crisis, the late 90's Asian market collapse, the record fuel prices in recent years, the early 80's oil glut, the mid-late 70's oil shortages, the short harsh early 90s downturn, the steady rise in pax from 1960-1980 and the incredible explosion from the 80's to late 2000's.  ;D
