Delays and maintenance

Do maintenance checks cause delays due to quick turn-around?

Say I'm operating a B732adv on a route and have it scheduled for a- and b-checks on saturdays at 12:00. The aircraft arrives from its last flight before maintenance at 11:25. Normally, if the maintenance would've been a new flight, the probability of delay due to quick turn-around would've been ~25 %. Is that the case with maintenance checks as well? Do I need to schedule the check 60 mins after the aircraft arrives from its last flight to make sure the probability of delay is at a minimum (~1 %) or doesn't it matter? Do I even make sense?  ;D

No, maintenance delays are not modelled. You can start/end them directly after/before next flight (after arriving flight the regular single turnaround time is needed but no need to account for any extra time)

Thanks for the quick reply Sami!
