Departure punctuality

Hi!

I have some problems with departure punctuality. I only have 80% on time preformance.
How do I increase the %. Guess I need to extend "turn around" and make more room between departures on my base.
Anything else you recomend?

Turn around time is not just important when an aircraft is at the destination airport but also the same amount of time is needed, as you said, at your base airport between two flights.

Try to keep this below 8% all the time.


Also weather has a huge influence. For example, in winter many airports drop massively - even places like Los Angeles - in punctuality.
