When and How can you break a plane lease?

If it has not arrived or is not scheduled to arrive in the near future - you can break the lease immediately but you lose your deposit (the initial 4 months lease payments)
If you already have it in your fleet - after 10% (I think) of the initial lease period e.g if leased for 5 years (60 months) then after 6 months
How to cancel - select the aircraft, select terminate lease (you get a 'are you sure message') this will cost you $$$ 50% of the value of the remaining lease period
