Is there any way to buy a plane which is on lease from other player, during lease time? Or I have to end loan, and the re-buy it from used market?

It has to go back to the player. You can PM the player and negotiate a price and they could then private list it back to you.

There's currently a feature request open to have the option to buy from players.
