Accounting system bug

I had a loss of 51 million last fiscal year.

This new fiscal year I am beings atrted to pay taxes.

I understand loss form previous fiscal year (1 year now instead of 3 years before) should be accounted for in the current fiscal year... but given the fact I have been starte do be charged taxes this fiscal year, this is obviously not happening.

Also the taxes I should have in favor are "profit loss before taxes", not "net profit/loss".
In real life, if I pay tax advance, and then generate loss, my tax CREDIT is the generated loss + tax advance.
In AWS, I get tax advance back... but it should be the "generated loss" that is counted as an accounting credit towards the taxes payable next fiscal year.

Firstly, Completely wrong forum.

But not a bug, since during transition the losses from previous years (before new system) are NOT counted (see notes about the update). (= it takes a few game years before the full 3 year loss deduction is available)

Does that mean that my last year loss generated before the new accounting system took effect will never ever be counted as tax offset?

Also, my prepaid taxes last year have NOT been returned (over 24.5 million). Why not?
