Notepad improvements

1. Open in new tab, not pop-up: I'm using full-screen browser, and it's much more easy to just switch a tab instead of switching windows [Safari, Mac].
2. Increase text size. Now I'm using about 1300/1500. And I have to cut some information.
3. Rich text editing (at least base): lists, bold, underlined fonts.
