Aircraft availability on restart

I am talking ahead of myself a bit here - as I haven't waited until the new week yet.
I had restarted my airline, and the planes available (outside of my old ones) are limited and absolute garbage.

They are either small and impractical, or the C / D checks are about to expire. 
Please tell me I will be able to lease half decent used aircraft soon!

If it is the case where you have to wait for a list refresh, that might be handy knowledge for anyone considering downing their airline... so you don't risk money being wasted out of your startup amount.

Excuse me if this has been addressed previously - I didn't go through all the topics.
