Where are the planes? Say it figure is 10 but there is zero available to lease/buy.
If in storage, how to know who his storing them, and can I request the player to put them for lease/sale and I will lease/buy?

If you don't see them in UM, then they are in Storage or under private listing. Only the non-player brokers can have their A/C in storage

You can´t request game brokers to sell/lease. You will have to wait until they are ready.
