Open new route page - put ordered fleets at top of list

Currently, if you go to open new route, the list of fleet groups will have any fleets you already have available to schedule at the top of the list, followed by the list of all fleets. Fleet groups that are available to order, but still a couple of years from release, are included in that list of all fleets, and fleet groups you've ordered yourself already appear in your airline settings for setting turn times & autoreg.

If trying to do future planning for the fleets you've ordered, or even set up your schedules without buying slots, it is a pain to have to scroll through the list of fleets each & every time. I'd really like to have the same fleets that appear in the airline settings page also appear at the top of the open new route list. Or even allow users to manually flag particular fleets as high priority, even if they don't have any, which would cause them to appear at the top. Would result in much less scrolling, and make future planning less tedious.
