New a/c delivered but not available

Hi mates, I just experienced a strange issue.
I just received a brand new 737 and the corresponding confirmation message and cash payment.
But when I go to the "my aircraft" page I'm not able to see it and there is no sign of it neither in the "aircraft on order" page, which is reporting only future orders (I should see it as it was delivered only a couple of days ago).

Did you ever experienced something like that?

If you got the plane, why would it show up in your future orders?   

Go to your scheduling page under routes.

For every other planes I bought I was able to see it for some days in the order page (with a green highlight I guess).
I can't find it in the neither in the my ac page and in the scheduling page that's why I opened the topic.

I set the odds at 100:1 that you have the plane......   

They sometimes show up in green on the order page but don't rely on that..... they will show up in your scheduling page 3 weeks prior to delivery.

I'm sure I miss something but I really can't figure what. 
I only have 3 737 already scheduled and 1 coming in a week but nothing about last week delivery.

I can't look at your airline but stuff like this has not happened in this sim for a long long time

So was this plane delivered or not?  Or are you just worried that it doesn't show up in your new a/c requests?

I think you've pre-scheduled routes on the A/C, so when it comes, it doesn't show up as non-schedule A/C

Oh gosh I checked this at least 6 times and I always click on the wrong plane.

Hate to say, but told ya  

(delivered planes do indeed show as green on the order page but will disappear at some point, and I cannot remember what the threshold is - at least on Oct 10 it was not there anymore and the plane was delivered on Oct 8th)

Welcome to the sim.... its much more stable than any newcomer would think.   Dont worry about it.
