I dont know what exactly but over night my profits went back drastically and my LF also, together with my company image ... two things i did be4: joining a alliance and making the personell management manual ... anyone know what could have caused this desaster?

i've had a slight drop in my established routes but i opened up a few too many routes at once so i'm haemoraging oodles of cash for the next few months.

The automatic personnell hiring function keeps your company overstaffed and when you change to manual management you end up firing some employees. That is why your company image went down. The changes in your profit and LF may partly be caused by this.

they're not full my new routes tend to start at between 20-30% and gradually build up.  i've not quite learnt the best pricing lvl for new routes.

i put a 747-300 onto a new route  [ wopping great ] = huge

you're welcome, my 747 is now starting to make a profit, i lowered the fare another 5%. 

Lowering the default fare by 30% at the start seems to work for me, and gradually raise it back up as the seats fill up.
