Let's say I have put a price of 35M on an aircraft, both available for sales & leasing. Can I know how much money will it bring on monthly basis, if it is leased by somebody (before it is leased, when it was just 'listed')? Is there a simple calculation/formula of it?

x/81, where x is the listed price. That's for a 1 year lease. More or less for shorter/longer leases.
