Do crashes happen?

Does insurance price in this risk or not really? I haven't seen/heard of a crash on here so I'm curious.

No crashes happen... yet. Full insurance is required for leased planes, the system does that for you. But if you own the plane, you can pay the minimum level without any problems.

Dunno the history of it, but it looks like its a feature that hasn't been implemented yet, so the insurance thing is a bit of a nonsense, as it is never required to pay out for anything.
