Computer hires more than enough staff...

I have it set so the comp. will hire more people and for some reason they hire more than enough. I have an extra 8 cabin crews, 6 pilots, 2 economics and finance, 1 corp. communications, 1 HR, 3 customer service, 2 flight operations division, 2 Technical services and maintenance, 2 Ground handling, 1 Route strategies department .

Are all these extra staff normal or is this a bug? I have it set so staff levels are at 100%, not over 100%. Anyone have the same issues?

The computer automatically hires a bit more staff than required. That's why many hire their staff manually. Also, the 100% you see on the bottom of the page does not mean at what lvl the autohire will hire staff lvls, but at what lvl you can put all your staff lvls manually. This works so, that you first select the percentage there, and then click the Set staff levels-button (the disc).
