not fair is not fair.
if anyone puts in 200 % over demand or if anyone is using real world airline name, it is the same abuse against the terms of use.
it does not matter if it affects me or anyone.

you should know me now a bit. i am here some time and very active.
sometimes i sound a bit aggressive, but i am not. i cannot sleep the last 2 days because i am soooooooooo afraid of the cockroach in cuba (and maybe there are spiders and maybe there is all full with drunken ugly canadians)...... maybe this is, why i am a bit, lets say overheated.

And rebranding in these cases is free for airlines. Time limit is a few days to reply from the time I send a msg. to him.

+1 c'mon guys, we're not playing sharads here. "Sounds like" is not in any way a copy right issue on it's own, "Thai Be Airlines" is that a dissallowed name just becuase it sounds like "Fly Be"??

I knew it. Chill out mate. CA Airways is member of your alliance, I know, BUT: when I actually spent some hours drawing my own logo, don't think it's fair when other guys just copy logos around the world, whoever they belong to. Just my $0.02....
