The only thing I can think of is an assumption that LF remains constant? Do you have any previous years LF data to be able to base a future LF forecast on?

Based on the problem you posted, it looks like that statement was just "informational" in telling you why the ASK's and RPK's both increased by 700,000 from 2011-2012. As you said, this is not an accounting or forecasting class so the "why"(which I would be looking for as a stats and probability guy) is not as important as the "how", which you appear to know based on the answers you gave in the above post. IMHO, you can just chalk it up to poor problem writing!

Now, if this was AWS, I would click routes -> price management -> reset prices to default

But, IRL, a price increase of some sort has to be coming. Revenue growth was greater than cost increases ex. fuel by about .3%, so it appears based on the limited data available that costs are for the most part under control. Since this is presumably a European LCC (Ryanair/EasyJet model) maybe suggest a fuel surcharge or added ancillary revenue options such as bag fees/booking fees/assigned seat fees/etc. to offset the disproportionately large jump in the fuel expense?

From a quick glance, it is clear that the projected fuel cost the #1 reason for tis airline's problems.  Everything else looks to be in line...
