Hi there!

Exploring the demand for certain routes I have discovered that Auckland - Tokyo has a demand of 0 passengers per month. How is that possible? Auckland - Las Vegas has 5 passengers per day... Auckland Seoul has just 25 passengers per day... and so on.

Where am I supposed to fly if the main world hubs have nearly 0 demand?

well auckland tokyo, 0, could be because you are heading to the local airport that has no international flights. The other ones, you can speak with Sami to accurate the pax demands.

Uhh... LAS doesnt have much international traffic (even demand to mexico is low..)

If theres no "real" world flights/demand.. then it shouldnt be in the game as well. The data used in the USA pax demand is based off "real" world. Not made up for fun..

LAS is mainly just domestic traffic.. so International LH is very weak. I think maybe you might have demand to LHR or Gatwick.. but thats about it.

I looked on the Auckland Airport website.

The following International destinations are served:

Australian destinations (of course!)
Tokyo -NARITA (not Haneda, thats basically a domestic only airport)
Nadi
Beijing
Papeete
Brunei
Santiago
San Francisco
Apia
Los Angeles
Vancouver
Shanghai
Hong Kong
Tonga

Look on Air New Zealand's website for the destinations they serve.

Hope this helps...

Hi guys

Thanks for you support. THe only places where there is enough demand to fly a 767 are Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Singapore, all with about 500 passengers daily. The rest doesn't get more than 25 passengers every day, so I guess it's a system mistake. I hope Sami can take a look at this because I'm running out of intercontinental destinations. Shangai is more of the same, Tokyo I was already looking at the international airport and it was 0, San Francisco gives about 5 every day, Vancouver more of the same... Nothing, really, it gets very tough if you want to specialize on the long haul market...
