Payments of new leased aircraft

Hi,

One newb question...
Tried to find answer from manual and forums but did not find any clear answer...

Let's say I want to buy 20 really popular planes, like A320-200 and finance it by leasing.
At first I have to pay 20 * 6 * monthly leasing for "order confirmation", that is clear.
But last of those A320-s will arrive only after 2 years. When I'll have to start paying monthly leases for those aircraft that I have not yet received?
5 months after order confirmation or 5 months after receiving the actual plane? Or some other option?
