Express Carriers

Hello All-

Just wondering if there is a way to build a "code share" with between two different airlines flying under the same paint?  In other words, could we simulate the common practice of "scope relief" and form express carriers that will replace the mainline flying at a cheaper rate?

Not really but you can imagine! lol

However, you can kind of code share by cooperating with other airlines on certain routes, just not have the same colors, etc.
