new aircraft routes

I have a new aircraft on order. Am i able to schedule routes for this aircraft for when its delivered now?

Yea you can do that now. But you shouldn't be ordering planes this early?

You can always create new routes. However, you can't assign them to an aircraft that you don't have yet. Also, the routes lose the airport slots after 2 months of their creation if they haven't been used. So when you order a used aircraft, you can create the route for it, but can't assign it. When you order a new plane, you can create a route for it, but it will lose it's airport slots after 2 months, so when you get your aircraft, you may not be able to fly the route because others have taken all the slots of that time. And if they haven't, you still have to edit the route and save it to get the slots back (just click edit next to the route in Route management, and then on the page that opens, Save).

Also, like Unbornio tried to say, you shouldn't order brand new airplanes yet. Firstly, they take much longer to deliver than used ones, and in the beginning, it is very important to get new planes fast, so you can keep on expanding (if you don't, you'll end up in the last positions of company ranking). Also, newer airplanes cost a lot more, which is not good in the beginning. And, when ordering new planes, you get a discount if you order more than one, so it's always good to order as many as possible at once, and not order 1 aircraft every month, but rather 12 aicraft after a year (and used ones in between. If you get now a used airplane, another 1 in a month, and so on, in 12 months you'll be making enough money to get a new plane every week).

Also, Unbornio, you could think a bit about the question before you answer. Here, you asnwered just the wrong way, giving false information. And if you think some1 is doing wrong, you should say them what they are doing wrong, why, and how they should do it. If you just make a question like that, the new players don't have any clue what you mean, and your message can be thought as spam.

Sorry, i leased a new plane But thanks for the answers. It does suck that i have to be online when the aircraft gets delivered.
