Did I just accidentally click confirm order - when I was only seeing what the order would cost - and spend my $20 million cash horde on a plane delivery 3 years out?

Anybody else have tales of the bizarre - self-inflicted or otherwise - that they'd like to share?

One I just did:

Leasing contract coming to an end on a plane with D-Check due in 2 years. Off to the used market we go. Only one good replacement available! Take it! Just buy it fast. NOW!

Nagging suspicion... hit browser's back... The plane I just bought has a D-Check in ONE year.
