Scheduling

In my opinion system for creating routes and schedules is terrible.
When I was waiting for this game I imagined that its scheduling system would be something like http://airlinesim.de/ or aviosim.de - You create a route (very simple. Flight number, departure airport, arrival airport). Then you go to the airplane scheduling and choose the time and day to put that route on the plane. Good thing is - that I can place the same route on different planes (f.ex 1day,3day,5day,7day on one ac and 2day,4day,6day on other).
Now here - creating a route is very hard. I have to decide at what time it leaves and on what plane it'll be put. That's not very practical.
Well, that's just my two cents. What's your opinion?

It has to be that way due to airport slots, airport opening and closure times etc for example, with the current system it has been designed at least.

But there are already improvement suggestions posted to this thread: https://www.airwaysim.com/forum/index.php/topic,3268.0.html  (which should be also used for further ideas so that they are under one roof so to say). As this IS the first version the things can be improved for the future.
