Low flight occupancy but high demand

Hi guys ,

Wonder if any of you can help?

My airline is based at new York la guardia which in airwaysim terms
Is a large airport. I currently have 10 routes but with very high
Demand I have pretty poor occupancy of 64.9% !! All of my
routes have 1000+ estimated passengers per day so why the low occupancy?

I have 1 general campain running currently.

Hello

No matter how big a route is when you start flying it, your planes will always start with a limited LF. IRL, it is the fact that people do not know you, and they don't know how you will behave on this specific route.

Give some time to your customer to know you better, wait for your route image to increase and then you'll see your LF rising.

Also, keep in mind that the presence of competition might oversupply the route, which causes less LF ;-)
