I'm new to this game and I have a question that I've not seen answered.. Is it possible to create artificial demand for a flight? In other words- can I take an obscure route- say Birmingham AL to Honolulu, Market it heavily, set fares to $1.00 and generate demand?? I mean I know you could do this in real life and get passengers... you wouldn't stay in business for long but it is theoretically possible.. Thanks

No, you cannot.  Depending on Company Image, Route Image, and Price Management I'm told you can capture 130% of the estimated demands though.  City-based demand will be coming in a future version (hopefully with connecting passengers) where this will be possible.
