How can an airline, with 80% pax load, with normal ticket prices and not too expensive marketing expenditure can go bankrupt???  Is there something wrong with this game?

probably too many fleet types, not enough a/c to pay fixed costs...

You have four planes, each of different type. This causes very high training, maintenance and administrational costs.  =Nothing wrong with the sim.
