Hi and welcome to the world of airline management!
The game is currently under closed Beta, meaning that it is not yet open for public. However, the testing is drawing to a close and the Airwaysim should become available for everyone by the end of January. It is possible, though, that is becomes already before christmas.
However, I am not a part of the development team, so I can't say exactly when the game is released, I am just quessing from what the developers have said.
