How to dissolve Alliance, before it's started

Hey guys,

I'm creating an alliance...had a name, realized afterwards it was a bad one.  Now I can't seem to kill it (still
in the founding members stage). 

Any ideas?  Can you not back out once you create one, even if you don't have the 3 members needed?

Just wanting to start over, rename it.
