While discussing AWS related stuff... we're going to build this:

Please take drinks from home, Scandinavia is notorious for high taxes on beer and whine.

That's just screaming for an 'Alliance Challenge'!!

Count me in  ;D

Although it's never snowed where I live, so I may have to borrow someone's toboggan!

You can usaly shave off 2-300 bucks if you ship yourself through fedex. Here's a quote assuming you weight 175lbs:

   1. Ship From / To   Help    Edit

   From: , 3001, Australia | To: Helsinki, 00550, Finland on February 21, 2011.

   2. Skid Information   Help    Edit

Package Details: 1 skid(s), 175.00 lbs, Your Packaging, 0.00 USD.

   3. Rates and Transit Times   Help

Amounts are shown in AUD

Select    Delivery Date/Time    Service    Rates

   FedEx International Priority® Freight  2241.00
   FedEx International Economy® Freight  1908.00

I thought we were going by the 'host pays' system and sami would cover all travel and beer costs  ;)

If not, then the FedEx option sounds ok lol

Bolier Dweller

I am assuming a winter 2012 visit... for the new and improved Snowman Slide.

it will actually be a meeting solely to bash Soviet planes.

So, December 17, 2011 .... CLE to HEL

It is all about $1100 for me to go.  Ouch.

JumboShrimp

AWS airlines could teach a thing or two the real world airlines.  In MT3, you can fly non-stop from ATL to HEL.

BTW, from NYC to HEL, it's $620 with 1 stop, $995 non-stop:

Plus, we could do it with a 707 and still turn a profit!  Take that real life :P
