Open a new base after closing other

Hey all,

I had a question regarding the possibility of opening new bases. I just recently (21 December) opened a new base in Olbia. I found a good replacement for one of my other hubs, so I was thinking to close that one and open a new hub. Do I have to wait until 22 December before I can open a new hub?

One other question is about my home airport Roma Ciampino. It is a quite useless airport, with only 4 departures / hour. I can't close the base, but I noticed that the minimum number of aircraft to keep base operational is 12. What will happen if I withdraw my aircraft from there so there are 11 or less aircraft in CIA?

Thanks, and what about the home airport? Can you close it by withdrawing all your aircraft so there are less than 12 aircraft operational at that base?

You can always rebase if you want to move to a new HQ.

Wouldn't recommend it though.  It's expensive and resets all your RI and may even include a big CI hit too.

Sorry you cannot relocate your airline anymore. You can do it only once if your airline is less than three months old in game time.

Seeing as he has 4 bases, I doubt he is younger than 3 months.

Unfortunately, this option isn't possible anymore for me btw, I survived a big CI hit several game months ago, when I re-branded my airline.
