Does The PAX Comfort in the Aircraft Config. Matter if its good, fair etc......Will there be a big change in LF??

Not really.

But High Density isn't good at all for very long flights.  I haven't bothered to see exactly where it falls off rapidly, but it's somewhere in the couple-hour range.

Outside of that it doesn't matter too much.  It matters some, but never enough to make it worthwhile unless you're doing well enough you can afford to lose revenue by giving up seats because any improvement in your popularity is never going to cover the cost of the seats you lose by improving comfort.  People will sometimes report fair success when doing it but more than likely all they're seeing is the fact that less seats means a higher LF.  If you're still moving the same 5 people in First class but go from 10 seats down to 5, you've now got 100% LF but you're not exactly doing any "better".

And perhaps most importantly people won't pay higher for superior first class seating.

So if there's a demand of 5 people and you've got 5 of the absolute best First Class seats and someone else has 5 standard first class seats you'll both get roughly the same LF (provided all else, CI, RI, frequency, etc are all equal).  You might get 3 instead of 2, but you won't get all 5 or even 4 of the total 5 people.  They won't all fly you because you have better seats.  And you can't charge a higher price for your seats.

For small planes under 50 seats it is best to use all high density seating, because the routes you can fly are so short, it wont really matter.

So its ok if my Pax comfort is POOR so i can have 30 Seats instead of 24 fro 600NM and less......

Clement, people wont want to sit HD for more than 2-3 hours.  NO long flights over 3 hours in HD seating or you will see a serious hit to LFs.
