2) Will you create some new demand on that route with low price?
3) If the answer for (2) is no, is it profitable?

2.  no, maybe 10-15% (1-2 seats)
3.  and it won't be profitable unless you have a free source of fuel

I've seen people doing this in DOTM. Maybe they are too big and don't mind losing some money.
