If I supply a way for passengers to get to my hub via small regional routes, will that make a greater demand for med-long haul routes?

Sami is trying to inplement connecting passengers (and city- based rather than airport-based demand) at some point, but there's no timeframe for it yet. But, it will be after 1.3.
