Staff Costs

Hi,
new to the game and addicted already, just wondering can anyone tell me is there a certain amount of flexibility you can have to the staff on both amount of staff needed or is it 100% and thats it?

It's 100% and that's it.

  As said above must be at 100% untill you run a very large airline, 200 ac plus, then the system accepts 2-3 % less.
