Technical stop and new passengers

Why can take no more new passengers on technical stop? ver. 1.1 this was possible?

In 1.11 one one could not take more passengers at "B" on a A-B-C route, but could fly passengers from A to B and from B to C.

Disabling those three leg routes and enabling multiple bases was the most important change in v1.2.

It was done to increase realism and to improve game play. You can find multiple topics on this one.
