assign routes to new aircraft

Hey everyone,
I just bought 2 new planes in ATB and the current date is March 14th and I have delivery dates of 30 Apr of the current year and 25th of may of the current year.  I am working on my routes and would like to assign them to the planes but cant.  The do not show up in the route scheduling page.  How long do I need to wait for them to show up?  I know when ordering used planes you can assign routes when the planes are 6 weeks out, have not tried longer, any advice on this?  Thanks.

They turn up on scheduling page 3 weeks (in game) before their delivery.

You can assign registrations, routes and maintenance then.
