Linked destinations / Refueling stops, don't work.

Before, it was possible have a route Base->A->B and back B->A->Base or B->Base.

Now, just opened ATB, don't alloved this. Nowhere to select secondary destination.

And refuel stop don't work, I can't even get Newark -> Honolulu with fuel stop at Cold Bay without "Error: Refuel stop cannot be at the world's largest airports."

Gotta do it backwards!

1. HQ
2. Refuel Stop (which is normally final destination)
3. Final destination (where it says to schedule the refuel stop)

I will agree the v1.2 is a little counter intuitive to start with.

Why is godforsaken african airfield largest airport in the world?!?! I soon worked out I was trying to refuel in Joburg!

Multiple legs are not possible in the new scenarios - we got the bases instead!
